Our People
Our staff are all Australians with a passion for the great outdoors, they’re used to the harsh Australian outback and have all chosen to pursue careers in the drilling industry.
Operating in remote and rugged environments requires discipline, resilience, and a commitment to safety; values our team upholds at every level.
We operate dry camps to maintain focus, safety, and professional standards on-site. This culture reinforces our commitment to excellence and accountability.
Safety is at the heart of our operations. We enforce a rigorous safety program through continuous training, documented procedures (SWPs and VOCs), regular toolbox meetings, Take 5s, and JSAs.
Our investment in staff training ensures each team member is highly skilled and prepared to overcome challenges. Every employee follows a clear educational pathway, encouraging growth, promotion, and client confidence.
